“Being admitted to the RISE program was one of the most transformative experiences in my professional development journey post undergrad. I received invaluable guidance that I carried through my first experiences in the corporate world. RISE equipped me with the confidence, preparation, and leadership mindset needed to begin my career with purpose. Within just two months in corporate consulting, I was able to step into a leadership role on a large team and demonstrate meaningful impact placing me on track to promotion within year 1. RISE represents more than a professional program, it is a powerful testament to empowering the next generation of diverse women leaders!”

“When I graduated college and began my career, I was both excited and anxious about navigating the corporate world, especially as the first person in my family to enter it. I did not know the unwritten rules or how to approach building a career in that environment. Being part of RISE gave me a blueprint. Through the retreat, monthly cohort sessions, and pod meetings, I gained practical guidance on how to advocate for myself, manage up, develop my professional brand, build meaningful professional relationships, and grow through challenges that many young professionals are expected to figure out on their own.
Because of RISE, I approached my first year in corporate with greater confidence and clarity. Within about a year of joining my company, I was promoted, a milestone I attribute to the mentorship, guidance, and support of the RISE community. Most importantly, RISE connected me to an inspiring network of women who continue to uplift and support one another as we grow in our careers. The experience has shaped how I approach my career and inspires me to pay it forward by supporting others who may be navigating the corporate world without a community like RISE.”

“When I was first admitted to RISE, I couldn’t have understood the impact it would have on me. Because of this program, I was equipped to make more of an impact on my team than I otherwise would have in my “freshman year” of corporate. RISE has helped me develop the confidence to relentlessly pursue self-actualization in my career, connecting me to people and tools that have expanded my development. And most importantly, RISE welcomed me to a network of corporate culture leaders that have become my professional support system. RISE is a glimpse into what the future of corporate might look like, centering around a sense of support, community, and care for one another that I hope to carry on to the teams I might someday work on and lead.”

“The mentorship and corporate savvy I gained through RISE was immediately applicable when navigating my first few months at Malk. I even credit one of the mentors, Yue Pan, for encouraging me to advocate for my desire to pursue higher education at work — largely because of her, I pioneered my company’s educational leave program and got to attend an amazing program at Oxford University!”
