2026-2027 Program Application

Mission: The RISE Career Launch programs prepare early career professionals to be engaged, productive, and committed leaders in the workplace. Our mission is to build the pipeline of tomorrow’s business leaders by giving talented individuals from underrepresented groups the tools and strategies to launch and accelerate their careers.

Program Commitment: Fellows are required to attend two in-person retreats: the first on September 18–20, 2026, and a second retreat in 2027 (also likely in September). Candidates selected for the Fellowship program will receive scholarships covering all program fees and retreat expenses. The scholarship does not cover travel to or from the retreats. In addition to the in-person retreats, the RISE program requires approximately 3-5 hours each month for fellows to participate in programming, community events, and/or coaching. Most activities taking place between the retreats will be delivered virtually.
