RISE Career Launch Nominations

Thank you for your willingness to nominate a potential future fellow for the 2026-2027 Rise Career Launch cohort!

Below you will find an email template you can modify and use to reach out to women you believe would be strong candidates for RISE. The message includes everything nominees need to know to apply before the deadline on May 1, 2026 at 5:00 PM ET.

Ideal RISE Candidates:

  • Are graduating from college in 2026

  • Have secured a full-time corporate role after graduation

  • Are eager to invest in their personal and professional development while uplifting others

Please note:

  • All applicants must be nominated in order to apply

  • Your nominee will identify you as their nominator in the application

  • Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis

In line with RISE Career Launch’s mission, we welcome applications from women of all backgrounds. We especially encourage you to share this opportunity with your mentees who are first-generation college students and those from communities underrepresented in corporate leadership roles.

Dear [Candidate name],

I would like to nominate you for a program that is sure to have a positive impact on you as you transition from college to career.

The RISE Career Launch program is a leadership and career development program designed to help graduates get off to a strong start in their first full-time job after college. This program is truly unique in that it gives entry-level individuals the same career support and community-building experiences that typically are reserved only for the most senior executives in an organization. Participants attend two retreats (September 18-20, 2026 and another in 2027) and receive group and individual career coaching throughout their first year of work. If selected, you would receive a scholarship to participate, valued at $18,000.
