Hi all! My name is Ada Liang. I am currently a Rotational HR Trainee in the Horizons program at Louis Vuitton, currently in my Compensation and Benefits rotation, building a strong foundation across the strategic and analytical sides of human resources.
Recently I graduated from Macaulay Honors College at Baruch College, where I earned a degree in Business Management with a concentration in Human Resources.
My academic background, paired with real-world rotational experience at a leading luxury house, has shaped my interest in the intersection of people strategy and business performance.
I'm a born-and-raised New Yorker, and outside of work I enjoy reading and photography. I'm excited to continue growing in my early career and explore different aspect of my career. At this retreat, I'm looking forward to getting to know everyone and developing further, both personally and professionally.

My name is Anarely Moreno. I am working as a financial analyst at BNY in New York City. I am from Asheboro, North Carolina and attended UNC Greensboro where I majored in Finance and Entrepreneurship. My career aspiration is to have an impact in my community such as helping individuals manage their finances and teach financial literacy. I hope to learn from others in the cohort and gain connections!
Astou Nkouyate

My name is Astou Nkouyate, and I am an associate at Capital One in their Strategy Group at their HQ in Virginia. Although I’ll spend the next few years working in D.C., I was raised in Charlotte, North Carolina. Both of my parents are immigrants from West Africa, and I am the first in my family to go to college! I studied Economics at Yale University with an advanced language certificate in German. At Yale, I was involved with various nonprofit consulting groups, organizing Model U.N. conferences abroad, and a dance group!
On a more personal note, I am very passionate about traveling, particularly solo-traveling. So far, I have been to 23 countries and hope to hit 50 by 30! I also love attending any sort of talk or arts performance and trying new activities. In the next year, I hope to pick up an instrument (I’m thinking maybe violin?).
Grace Bech

Grace Bech is an Analyst on the Corporate Access team at Morgan Stanley, where she helps connect institutional investors with corporate management teams by supporting investor conferences, roadshows, and one-on-one meetings. She collaborates across internal teams to coordinate client engagements, improve processes, and deliver exceptional client experiences.
Grace recently graduated from Dartmouth College with a bachelor's degree in Economics and a minor in Computer Science. Originally from South Sudan and raised in Kenya's Kakuma Refugee Camp, she is passionate about expanding access to education and creating economic opportunities for underserved communities. Her experiences have shaped her commitment to leadership, resilience, and service.
Outside of work, Grace enjoys mentoring students, exploring new places, and learning about global markets. She hopes to combine her interests in finance and social impact to help drive inclusive economic growth and broaden educational opportunities around the world.

Hawa Hamidou Tabayi is an Associate Consultant at The Bridgespan Group. She is a recent graduate of Dartmouth College with a B.A. in Economics and African & African American Studies. Hawa's upbringing across France and the United States, alongside her Cameroonian heritage, has shaped her long-term interests. She holds experience in domestic and international public policy work, academic research, and community organizing. As an incoming first-generation, low-income professional, she looks forward to building community with peers navigating similar transitions, learning from diverse perspectives, and continuing to grow in her career.
Isabella Bock

Isabella Bock is a marketing professional on Cisco's Partner Marketing team, focused on aligning the company's global sponsorship portfolio with Cisco's highest-priority partners and accounts. Based in Austin, she works at the intersection of brand storytelling, sponsorship strategy, and cross-functional program strategy.
She joined Cisco through the Global Brand Events team, where she supported portfolio event execution for audiences of 20,000+ at moments including Partner Summit and Cisco Live. Beyond planning, she contributed to on-site operations during show weeks, coordinating in real time with agency partners, vendors, and internal teams to keep experiences running against tight production timelines. She also owned pre- and post-show reporting, translating engagement, commerce, and operational data into leadership-ready insights that informed year-over-year growth in program traffic, revenue, and audience engagement across Cisco's flagship events.
Before Cisco, Isabella built marketing functions from the ground up in early-stage environments, including an AI semiconductor startup where she scaled brand presence and authored thought leadership content, and freelance consulting work supporting e-commerce and lead generation clients. That range shapes how she creatively approaches opportunities today.
Isabella holds a BA in Communications with a minor in Business from Texas A&M University. She is currently focused on building out Cisco's partner sponsorship alignment strategy as a net-new function within the marketing organization.
Jasmine Jones

I am a multilingual professional with a strong interest in the global economy, sustainability, financial literacy, and foreign affairs. I graduated from Yale College in 2026 with a double major in Global Affairs and Economics. During my time on campus, I was involved in several extracurricular organizations, including BlackGen Capital, the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program, Smart Woman Securities, the Yale International Relations Association, TEDxYale, the Yale Farm, and Double Dutch Jump Rope. I recently joined Goldman Sachs Asset Management in New York City as part of the Client Portfolio Management team on the Fixed Income side, in a newly created role focused on shaping how the firm communicates its strategy and value to clients.
In my free time, I am an avid traveler who loves exploring new parts of the world and immersing myself in different cultures.

Jennifer Fernandez is a Finance Analyst at BNY, where she is part of the firm's two-year Finance Analyst rotational program. She recently graduated from Rutgers University–Newark with a bachelor's degree in Finance and minors in Spanish and Social Justice.
As a first-generation college graduate and the daughter of immigrants from Mexico and Ecuador, Jennifer's greatest motivation has always been her family. Entering the corporate world is especially meaningful to her because it represents the realization of sacrifices that began long before her own journey.
During college, Jennifer served as President of ALPFA Rutgers–Newark, leading initiatives that expanded professional development opportunities, strengthened corporate partnerships, and increased member engagement. The chapter was named the 2025 Northeast Student Chapter of the Year by ALPFA National and Jennifer was awarded the Excellence in Leadership award by Rutgers-Newark. She also studied abroad at City St George's, University of London, where she gained a global perspective on business and finance while experiencing a new culture. In addition, she was actively involved in the Honors Living-Learning Community, Road to Wall Street, Girls Who Invest, WomenBUILD, and Braven.
Jennifer is passionate about increasing access to higher education and careers in finance for underrepresented students. She hopes to use her experiences to mentor others and create opportunities for students who, like her, are the first in their families to navigate the corporate world.

I graduated from Yale University with a B.A. in History, where I developed a deep appreciation for understanding today's challenges through historical and global perspectives.
Growing up across France, Brazil, South Africa, Togo, Côte d'Ivoire, and the United States has shaped how I see the world. Living in multiple countries and speaking several languages has taught me to navigate different cultures with curiosity, adaptability, and an open mind, qualities that continue to influence both my professional and personal life.
Before consulting, I worked across research, education, and international development, experiences that strengthened my analytical thinking and reinforced my commitment to lifelong learning. I am especially interested in global affairs, history, culture, and the ways ideas move across borders.
Outside of work, I love to travel and am always looking for opportunities to immerse myself in new places, languages, and perspectives. My name is Megan Reckling. I am from Riverview, Michigan, and recently graduated from Adrian College with a degree in Marketing and a minor in Graphic Design, where I also spent four years as a varsity volleyball student-athlete. Growing up, I played every sport possible and fell in love with watching sports, especially Detroit teams, on TV with my family. That love, combined with my creative side, sparked my interest in pursuing a career in sports marketing and graphic design.
Over the past few years, I've had the opportunity to work in both collegiate and professional sports. I'm currently a Marketing and Graphic Design Intern with Eastern Michigan Football, where I create digital content, develop email campaigns, and help execute events that connect fans and the community with the program. I've also worked several NFL events, including Super Bowls LVIII, LIX, and LX and an NFL Draft, helping create memorable fan and VIP experiences. Those opportunities have reinforced my passion for the sports industry and shown me how much I enjoy being part of the team behind the scenes.
What excites me most is using creativity to tell stories, engage fans, and strengthen a brand. Whether I'm designing graphics, developing marketing campaigns, or brainstorming new ideas with a team, I love finding ways to make an impact. I'm excited to connect with others in the sports industry, continue learning, and explore opportunities where I can contribute both creatively and strategically.

My name is Nyaw Too, but I go by Too. I was born in Thailand, and at the age of five, I moved to Columbia, South Carolina. Growing up in South Carolina exposed me to so many different people and cultures. Being raised between two cultures has shaped who I am today, and I feel very fortunate to have had those experiences. I eventually attended the University of South Carolina, where I earned my bachelor’s degree in Psychology. During that time, I explored the many paths life had to offer, which ultimately led me to Human Resources at the Darla Moore School of Business.

She currently supports the Regional Banking & Wealth Management Finance team, where she is gaining exposure to alternative investments and learning how Finance supports the Wealth Management business.
Her background in the performing arts sparked her interest in design and helped her develop an appreciation for creativity, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
